WELLCORE Project Officially Launches: Strengthening Youth Mental Health Across Europe

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the WELLCORE Strategic Partnership! This ambitious initiative, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, brings together four expert organizations from Spain, Italy, Germany, and Bulgaria with a shared mission: to prioritize the mental health and emotional well-being of young people in Europe.

In an era where youth face unprecedented challenges, WELLCORE aims to bridge the gap between youth work and psychological resilience. During our first coordination phase, the partners have begun laying the groundwork for the Good Practices Handbook, which will showcase successful well-being programs from across the continent and beyond.

What’s coming next?
Over the next few months, our experts will be developing the WELLCORE Training Programme. This curriculum will not be “just another course”—it is a unique blend of nature-based connection, theatre, movement therapies, and circus arts designed to foster resilience through experiential learning.

“Our goal is to create a sustainable ecosystem where youth workers feel equipped to support young people not only professionally but emotionally,” says the project coordination team.

Stay tuned for more updates, and soon you will be able to download our first set of resources right here on our website.
